Meet Max, a totally average teenager with zero expectations of becoming a hero.

That is, until a freak accident involving a soda spill, a lightning bolt, and a random science experiment turns Max into something… more.

Suddenly, Max can teleport, shoot laser beams (sometimes), and find themselves in ridiculous situations that only a superhero (sort of) could handle. The catch?

Max has no idea how to control these powers.

Between dodging homework, trying not to blow up the neighborhood, and figuring out what to do with a really bad superhero costume, being a hero isn’t as easy as it looks.

With the help of their best friend Lily (who insists on being their sidekick, even though she has zero super abilities), Max sets out to save the day.

But it turns out, the supervillain they need to stop isn’t as bad as they thought—Dr. Gloom, a misunderstood villain who just wants to bake cakes for a charity event.

In a world full of misfires, accidents, and super-powered disasters, Max is about to learn that being a superhero isn’t about being perfect.

It’s about doing the best you can—especially when you can’t quite control your own powers. Will Max ever get the hang of this superhero gig? Or will they continue to save the day… by accident?
