Publisher Accounts

When you create a publisher account with us, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your publications
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your account information
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

Content Guidelines

As a publisher, you agree that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to publish your content
• Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not publish inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

Intellectual Property

While you retain the rights to your published content, you grant Automateed a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content through our platform. The platform itself, including its features and functionality, remains the exclusive property of Automateed, Inc.

Revenue and Payments

Publishers will receive revenue according to our current payment structure. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We reserve the right to modify the payment structure with appropriate notice to publishers.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform's integrity. Publishers may terminate their accounts at any time, though certain obligations may survive termination.
